Bridging the Echoes

Calming energy for a modern soul.

Looking for a different way to relax and reset? Wonder what Reiki and energy work can do for you?

Take a deep breath — this is your space to explore.

Start with one session — you don’t have to believe in it to feel it.

What You Can Expect

Dana - Reiki Practitioner

Hi, I’m Dana. I keep things simple and real—no performance, no pretense, and definitely no pedestals. If you’ve read anything else on this site, you already know I prefer using clear, down-to-earth language. I’d rather just talk to you like a friend.

Sessions with me feel more like a conversation than a ritual. Whether it is energy work or a reading, we’ll talk as we go—I’ll check in, ask questions, and follow what feels most needed that day. Some people come with a specific need. Others just come needing to relax. Both are welcome.

I’m not here to control anything. I stay open. Nothing dark, nothing scripted, nothing you need to prepare for.

Outside of sessions, I’m probably the same person you’d meet anywhere else—I’m just someone who spent years learning how to really listen, someone who is still working on herself, is curious, and still finds a little light-hearted humor in everything.

If that resonates with you, I would love to work with you.

From the Blog

Really, Dana? Come On.

On a long training run, I started seeing something foggy. It was emotional, overwhelming, and undeniably real — and my first instinct was to brush it off with, “Really, Dana? Come on.” What followed was a messy, very human journey of doubt, horror-movie flashbacks, and awkward conversations with the people I love as I slowly stopped explaining my intuition away.
Real talk: this path did not arrive all zen and polished. It came with fear, questions about my sanity, and a lot of “what on earth is happening?” before it ever felt like home.
